Wednesday Stamper

Fleur De Lys

This weeks theme over at Wednesday Stamper is Fleur De Lys. Once again I've managed to combine challenges and have used the colours from my current colour challenges on 2Ps and UK Stampers. The colours this week are Amethyst, Garnet & Amber. I had good fun doing this one, and it didn't take too long either!

Stamps: Non-Sequitur (Lady, Fleur de Lis, script, diagram) & Above the Mark (Wallpaper fragment)

Inks: Staz-on in Royal Purple, Dye Inks taken from three different Kaleidacolor pads. Colorbox chalk ink in Wisteria

Other Media: Shimmer chalks and H2Os in Gold Dust, Jasper Red,  Baby's Breath & Purple Sage

Other items: Versamark and clear EP

Condolence Card

For some time now, I have been running colour challenges over at 2Ps and also, more recently, at UK Stampers. I needed to make a condolence card and so I chose to make it using the colours that I set for last weeks challenge which was Ivory, Onyx, Carnelian & Lapis Lazuli . As you can tell, we have a bit of a 'Gemstone' theme going on at the moment.

Stamps: Tanda Stamps (Flourish background stamp & Art Nouveau Lady) & Hero Arts (Sentiment)

Inks: Colorbox Chalk ink in Charcoal

H2Os: Spiced Pumpkin, Olive Vine, Baby's Breath, Navajo Pearl, Chestnut & Rich Cobalt

Other Items: Black Embossing Powder, Corner Punch, Ribbon, Sizzix Ribbon Buckle and gel pens in blue and red   

Wednesday Stamper

Egypt

By strange co-incidence my Colour Challenge at 2Ps and UK Stampers is Lapis Lazuli, Turquoise & Peridot this week. These gem stones (especially the Turquoise and Lapis) were used by the Egyptians in their jewellery so I was able to combine my colour challenge with the theme over at Wednesday Stamper this week which is Egypt!

Stamps: Tanda Stamps (Egyptian stamps) Judikins ( hieroglyphics & marble stamp)

Inks: Staz-On in Timber Brown, Colorbox Chalk ink in French Blue and Brilliance Galaxy Gold Ink, Distress Ink in Antique Linen

H2O's: Egyptian Gold (well, it had to be really, didn't it! LOL ) Dragonfire, Kiwi & Mediterranean Blue

Other Items: Coloured Pencils, Gold EP and Versamark, 3D Pop dots.
