Color ATC Swap

The first Brayergirl reader swap is now over and the beauties above have now all been swapped out! The theme was 'Colour' with each player taking a different colour as their inspiration. It has been great fun and the resulting artwork is FAB! Well done ladies!

Our next swap is now underway, with Christmas as the theme. I can't wait to see what everyone comes up with!  It's a bit late to join in the Christmas swap, but if anyone else would like to join the Brayergirl reader swap group, simply E-mail me (link under my profile picture) and I will send you an invitation to join the Yahoo group. Problems Joining my MSN Swap Group

Hi everyone! Just a quick update to those of you who have been trying to join my MSN Swap Group. We have been experiencing difficulties to the extent that I ended up writing to MSN and they have sent me this reply:

This doesn't really help us much, but at least they are aware of the problem.

In the meantime, please feel free to E-mail me if you still want to take part in our 2 Swaps, telling me which one you want to take part in and including your mailing address. If you are taking part in the colour swap, the colours left are:

Purple

Orange

Blue

Brown

Grey

Black

White 

Please indicate which colour you want to use and they will be allocated on a first come, first served basis.   Thanks!

ATC Swap Sign-ups

Well, I'm back in Melbourne following my holiday travelling around parts of Australia, and so it's time to catch up on some tasks like the ATC Swap group I set up. I have just posted the sign up lists for two new swaps on my MSN Group:

A 'Birthday' themed swap which will be hosted by Margo. This can be a Birthday themed ATC or a Birthday Greetings card.

A Colour themed ATC swap where you choose a colour and make a set of ATC's with your chosen colour as the main emphasis of your art work. I will host this one, and my Mum is going to act as Post Master General for this swap as my time here in Australia is still so uncertain.

I think my Mum is actually quite looking forward to getting involved in this way - who knows, maybe she will start making ATC's too! If you want to join us, you have 1 week to join the Group (E-Mail me and I will send you an invite to the MSN Group) and then to sign up for the swap of your choice

I know that some of you have been worrying that you are not seeing text on all of my Travel entries. This is not actually a technical problem, just a 'lack of time/too busy enjoying myself' problem. Rest assured that I will do my best over the next few days to fully update each day of my holiday with more details and more photos. It should be easier now that I have faster internet access. You may have noticed that I did set up a new Photo Album called 'Australia' in which I have posted some pictures from my travels.

I will continue to post more photos, but please be patient because I took over 400 photos on my travels! I am especially pleased with some of my 'Wildlife' ones like the Koalas, Roos and Birds.  Some were in the Wild (The Humming bird, Fish from the Great Barrier Reef and the Cockatoos) others were in Zoos/Aquariums, but all took a great deal of patience, lots of snapping and timing to get a good shot!
